Which payment options do you accept?
The checkout system accepts most major credit cards and PayPal as payment options. For Discover and Amex please use the paypal option at checkout. you don't need to have or open a paypal account. just choose 'pay with a debit or credit card' when you reach the final step.
Which Brand Are The Shirts?
Our shirts are 'District' brand. They are better than the Gildan or Hanes shirts you may be used to and are very comfortable to wear.T-Tees are 100% Premium Grade Cottom and Hoodies are a 50/50 blend of cotton/poly
Do These Shirts Shrink?
Although the t-shirts are labelled as "preshrunk" cotton, we do often see some shrinking, particularly if you use the "volcano" setting on your dryer. Running the first wash in cold water with the delicate setting will help keep the sizing truer, but in general, we do recommend that you order up one size just to be on the safe side. As for hoodies, they tend to be a little sturdier. You might see a little shrinking right out of the dryer, but they will generally bounce back into shape after being worn.
How long till I get my order?
We print and ship fast. Our orders are submitted to print every day. Orders are shipped from our printers within 4 days (often faster) and the rest is up to the postal service! Depending on the day you order, the longest you would wait would be around 14 days and the shortest 7 days (within the USA).
Shipping times for international orders vary greatly, it's recommend that you allow 2-4 weeks from the time it leaves the USA for you to receive it, however, for many countries it can be as quick as 7-10 days. For international deliveries as well, please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are your responsibility and are not included in the original shipping cost.
Do you ship to... XXX?
We, ship to most countries throughout the world.
We use USPS UPS and DHL to ship all orders and tracking will be available once your order has been shipped. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. After it goes international it becomes the property of that country’s postal system and they may be able to help you further.

Section 2: After Sales Questions
Where is my shirt?
You should have a tracking link sent automatically once your order has been shipped. Standard delivery is 7-14 days - if you have reached day 15 and still dont have your shirt then please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed then you can cancel by emailing us . If it has already been sent to print then it’s too late to cancel.
How do I change my order?
If you want to change your order Please email us. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate your change.
I put my email/ mailing address in wrong, can this be corrected?
We use UPS address verification for domestic and APO orders. However if you see something about your shipping address in your confirmation email that is different from your shipping address please let us know asap.
We take fraud prevention seriously, so we will not send your order to a completely different address. If you are paying with PayPal, make all applicable changes to your shipping address in your PayPal account prior to placing your order.

There is a faint outline around my shirt design.
Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don't worry; it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.
You made a mistake on my order.
Our bad. It doesn't happen often, but nobody's perfect. If you receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, Please email us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department.
You charged me more!
Our parent company is based in the UK so you may see a very small charge or similar - this is your bank charging you for something that costs them nothing. Banks eh? gotta love em. If this really annoys you then let us know how much they charged you and we will refund it.
